We have one (exceptional) HubSpot Specialist, Andrew, managing all ticket requests. To ensure he can prioritize effectively and serve everyone efficiently, please carefully consider the following before submitting your ticket:

        1. Realistic Deadline:

Think carefully about the complexity of your request. For instance:

  • A new dashboard with multiple reports might realistically take 1-2 weeks, not 1-2 days.
  • A minor update, like adding or editing a custom property, could typically be completed within 1-2 days.

    2. Accurate Priority Level:

Evaluate the true urgency of your request from an organizational perspective:

  • High Priority: If not addressed promptly, this issue will significantly disrupt critical operations.
  • Medium Priority: Important but not immediately critical; can be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Low Priority: Routine updates or minor adjustments that won't immediately impact operations.
